TMOM EVENT

Dentist must arrive by 6am on Friday and Saturday of the event.  The treatment floor talk will be at 6:30am. The first patient will be in the chair by 7am.

For hotel reservations, contact Best Western Plus in Luling at 830-875-5442. The room block is called DENTAL EVENT for the nights of 09/07 – 09/11/22.  The rate is $85.99 per night.  Cancellations must be made 72 hours or more in advance of the rental date. Other volunteers must be there by 5:30am

Dentists and all other volunteers at the TMOM event on the treatment floor must wear pants and closed toed shoes. 

There will be no shifts open in the Pre-dental student category. Pre-dental students will need to sign up as community volunteers.

If you are an RDA, you must have dental office experience to volunteer in this position.

Please note any relevant experience or preferences in the notes section. If you are bringing your own assistant, put their name in the notes of your registration as well.  

**If for any reason as we get closer to the TMOM date, your plans change and you cannot attend, please remove your registration. This will make room for others to register so that we can maximize our volunteer turnout.
