Prescreen Volunteer Information

Pre-Screen Day 1: Friday, June 19th, 2026

Location: Lewright Family & Cosmetic Dentistry  -  2520 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904

Volunteer Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Patients will start arriving at 9:00 PM. Please arrive by 8:00 AM for check-in and assignments. Doors close at 2:00 PM, but volunteers are needed to help restock for next day setup and vacate the clinic by 3:00 PM.

Pre-Screen Day 2: Saturday, June 20th, 2026

Volunteer Pre-Screen Arrival Instructions

• Arrive at the start of your shift, which is one hour before patient arrivals.
• Punctuality is essential to ensure smooth check-in and assignments.

Important Pre-Screen Volunteer Information

• Personal Belongings: Limited storage available; bring only essentials that are comfortably portable. Avoid leaving valuables in your vehicle.
• Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes suitable for standing and working. Badge provided at check-in must be worn during your shift.
• Cell Phone Usage: Phones should be silent. Please refrain from using your phone during your volunteering hours.
• Refreshments: Snacks and water will be available.

Main Event Volunteer Information

Dates: July 17-18, 2026
Location: First Methodist Church - 37 E Beauregard Ave, San Angelo, TX 76903

Volunteer Main Event Arrival Instructions:

• Wednesday and Thursday Shifts (All Volunteers): Arrive at your start time.
• Friday and Saturday Morning Shifts for Non-Clinical Volunteers: Arrive exactly at your start time, which is 5:00 AM.
• Friday and Saturday Afternoon Shifts for Non-Clinical Volunteers: Arrive exactly at your start time, which is 12:00 PM.
• Dentists and Hygienists:
  • Morning Shift: Arrive by 5:45 AM for check-in and chair assignments at patient distribution.
  • Afternoon Shift: Arrive by 12:00 PM for check-in and chair assignments at patient distribution.

Important Main Event Volunteer Information
