Prescreen Volunteer Information

Pre-Screen Day 1: Thursday, June 19, 2025
Location: 2025 Pine St, Abilene, Texas
Volunteer Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Patients will start arriving at 1:00 PM. Please arrive by 12:00 PM for check-in and assignments. Doors close at 4:00 PM, but volunteers are needed to help pack up and vacate the clinic by 5:00 PM.

Pre-Screen Day 2: Friday, June 20, 2025
Location: 4601 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, Texas
Volunteer Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Patients will start arriving at 1:00 PM. Please arrive by 12:00 PM for check-in and assignments. Doors close at 4:00 PM, with packing and vacating duties completed by 5:00 PM.

Pre-Screen Day 3: Friday, June 27, 2025
Location: 2902 S 27th St, Abilene, Texas
Volunteer Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Patients will start arriving at 8:30 AM. Please arrive by 7:30 AM for check-in and assignments. Doors close at 3:30 PM, and volunteers are asked to help pack up and vacate the clinic by 4:30 PM.

Volunteer Pre-Screen Arrival Instructions

• Arrive at the start of your shift, which is one hour before patient arrivals.
• Punctuality is essential to ensure smooth check-in and assignments.

Important Pre-Screen Volunteer Information

• Personal Belongings: Limited storage available; bring only essentials that are comfortably portable. Avoid leaving valuables in your vehicle.
• Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes suitable for standing and working. Badge provided at check-in must be worn during your shift.
• Cell Phone Usage: Phones should be silent. Please refrain from using your phone during your volunteering hours.
• Refreshments: Snacks and water will be available.

Main Event Volunteer Information

Dates: July 18 & 19, 2025
Location: Abilene Convention Center, 1100 N 6th St, Abilene, TX 79601

Volunteer Main Event Arrival Instructions:

• Wednesday and Thursday Shifts (All Volunteers): Arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time for check-in and training.

• Friday and Saturday Morning Shifts for Non-Clinical Volunteers: Arrive exactly at your start time, which is 5:00 AM.

• Friday and Saturday Afternoon Shifts for Non-Clinical Volunteers: Arrive exactly at your start time, which is 11:45 AM.

• Dentists and Hygienists:

  • Morning Shift: Arrive by 5:45 AM for check-in and chair assignments at patient distribution.
  • Afternoon Shift: Arrive by 12:00 PM for check-in and chair assignments at patient distribution.
