Prescreen Volunteer Information

• Location: Bonham Specialty Clinic, 505 Lipscomb Street, Bonham, TX 75418
• Prescreen Dates & Shifts:
  • Day 1: Friday, March 21, 2025
  • Day 2: Friday, April 4, 2025

Volunteer Pre-Screen Arrival Instructions

• All Volunteers: Arrive at least 1 hour before your shift for check-in at the volunteer registration table.
• This means, for TMOM Bonham Pre-Screen we need volunteers to arrive no later than 8:00 AM

Important Volunteer Information

• Personal Belongings: Limited space; no secure storage available. Bring only essentials that you can comfortably carry. Avoid leaving valuables in your car.
• Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes suitable for standing and working. T-shirts provided at check-in must be worn during your shift.
• Cell Phone Usage: Phones must be silent. Please avoid phone use while volunteering.
• Refreshments: Snacks and water will be provided. Volunteers with specific dietary needs should bring personal meals.

Important Reminders for Main Event Volunteers

• Non-Dentist Volunteers: Arrive at least 1 hour before your shift for check-in.
• Dentists and Hygienists:
  • Morning Shift: Arrive by 5:45 AM to receive chair assignments at patient distribution.
  • Afternoon Shift: Arrive by 11:45 AM for check-in at patient distribution.

Key Details:

• Hotel rooms may be eligible for reimbursement if you:

  • Work at least two shifts during the event.
  • Submit a paper receipt to Lisa McLerran at ntds4@yahoo.com 
  • Reimbursements are only for the Holiday Inn Express and Reddy Inn hotels, and based on avaliability.
  • Book your room before March 20th, 2025, to get the room block rate and be eligible for reimbursement.

• A limited block of rooms is available at both hotels on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All reservations must be made by calling either of the hotels and mentioning the room block for “TMOM.”
  • No reimbursements or room block rates are available by booking online.
