Thank you for registering to volunteer for TMOM Amarillo November 8-9, 2024

Few things to keep in mind before the event:

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first shift to allow enough time to complete the volunteer check-in process.  

MAIN EVENT LOCATION: Coming soon

PARKING: Parking is free, but we encourage ride sharing as parking may be somewhat limited. Parking layout coming soon.

T-SHIRT AND NAMETAG PICKUP: Dentists can check-in and pick up their t-shirts and lanyards at patient distribution. If you are NOT a Dentist, you can check-in and get your volunteer t-shirt at the volunteer registration table at the day of the event. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PICK UP T-SHIRTS AND REGISTRATION MATERIALS FOR OTHER VOLUNTEERS.

WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING (AND NOT BRING): Please be dressed and ready to begin work at the time listed on your shift confirmation. There will be a short orientation at the beginning of each shift.

• Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes. You will receive a T-shirt and nametag when you check in.

• Please be prepared to put that t-shirt and name tag on (there are restrooms onsite, or you may layer it over another shirt).

• We will NOT provide space to store your personal belongings.

• Please only bring inside what you can keep on your person while you complete your volunteer duties.

• We ask that cell phones be on SILENT and not used on the treatment floor.

• Please do not leave personal items in your car. Security will not be provided and TMOM is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Volunteers that work more than one day will need to wear the same shirt and nametag each day.

VOLUNTEER HOSPITALITY: Food and beverage will be provided for all volunteers. If you have dietary restrictions, please bring your own food.

AMARILLO PRE-SCREEN: If you are registered to volunteer at one of our pre-screening please note that you will have to check-in once you're at the event location. T-shirts and lanyards will not be provided to you during pre-screen. Lunch and snacks will be available for everyone. 

PRE-SCREEN LOCATIONS: Coming soon.

VOLUNTEER CERTIFICATE: Weather you're participating at the pre-screen or at the main event, you will receive your certificate of participation one week AFTER the main event. For Amarillo, volunteers should expect to receive their certificate on the week of November 11th.
